A batch consists of 12L (24- 500ml bottles) and you can mix and match any of our 20 different flavors as we add cane sugar flavourings prior to our wine being added to the bottles. - Be adventurous or stick with your favorites! Cider Press Cider
Brisa is pleased to offer Cider Press Ciders through our British Columbia supplier. These 12L batches of cider come in 9 exciting flavours and promise to be a huge hit for those summer barbecues.
Our ciders take 4-5 weeks to make and are ready for consumption once bottled but will improve with moderate aging.
