Brooks and Lisa Hipgrave, started Brisa Beer and Wine Making in April of 2004. Since then we have sourced out new suppliers, increased the availability of our kits and won international acclamation for our wines in 2006, 2007, 2008. We are located beside Manhattans Pizza Bistro & Jazz Club at the corner of Gordon Street and Kortright Road.

We look forward to bringing you new experiences in wine appreciation by offering our Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze wine program. This allows us to offer a wine for all occasions for you and your friends to enjoy.
